12485888_1141688209182286_4838174213566367803_o I’m Naley Gonzalez and I’m a writer. I live in somewhere in Connecticut with my super cool and handsome husband and our equally amazing son. I am the typical young adult with friends and family whom I adore yet find annoying at the same time. I love talking and socializing, a serious Twitter and Facebook addict, as well as taking pictures.

On my downtime, I spend it reading, writing, hanging out with friends, painting, or spending time with my little family. But mainly writing.

Music has a huge impact on my life, as it does for most human beings. I’m always willing to try something new. Bastille is my favorite band. Followed by Panic! At the Disco and Fall Out Boy. Art is also one of my other favorite pastimes. Color is something I truly value more than anything, with acrylic paint being my most favorite medium (which comes as a surprise to most).

Movies and television shows were a huge part of my childhood and teen years and I still hold a chalice for Disney films, 90’s cartoons, and mid-70’s, 80’s and some 90’s movies. And, of course, Harry Potter. No one can hate Harry Potter.

If you haven’t figured it out by now, I adore Sailor Moon. I’m definitely an Otaku and not ashamed to admit it. I’m positive I will die one. #AnimeForLife!

Also, (weird fact) in high school, I learned my name is also a celebrity couple name from One Tree Hill. Some odd combination of Nathan and Haley = Naley (pronounced Nay-lee, where mine is Nah-lee). I still find this ridiculously amusing. I do want readers to know, though, I have no relation to the show. Mainly because I was here first. Like, literally. I was born in 1992. I have never watched the show nor have I made plans to, though I may possibly have it queued on Netflix. I’m not too sure… Overall, I’m well aware of how awesome my name is and I don’t mind sharing the apparently common spelling.
